How the address you leave is handled
This note covers the one form on bullwallet.com: the email address you can leave to be told when the Bitcoin market report opens. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
Who is responsible
BullWallet is responsible for the address you send through this site. For anything about it, write to info@bullwallet.com. The legal name and address of the publisher will be added to this note.
What is collected
Your email address and the time you sent it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored with it: no name, no network address, no browser details.
Why
To send you one email when the report opens to the public. The address is not used for anything else, is not added to any other list, and is not sold or shared. You can submit the form only by choosing to; that choice is the basis on which the address is used.
Who handles it
The address is stored in a database run by Amazon Web Services in its London region (United Kingdom). When you submit it, Amazon's email service sends one notification to the publisher's inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail); that message carries your address. The one launch email will be sent through an email service named here before it is sent.
Pages on this site load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your device's network address when it serves them. No analytics, no advertising and no social-media code run on this site.
Protection against repeated submissions
To limit automated submissions the form service keeps, for two minutes, a count against a code made from your network address and the current minute. The code is made with a key known only to the form service and cannot be turned back into your address. It is deleted automatically.
How long it is kept
Until the report has opened and the one email has been sent, then deleted within thirty days. If the report does not open within twelve months of your submission, the address is deleted anyway. You can have it deleted sooner at any time.
Your rights
- Ask what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted: write to info@bullwallet.com from the address in question. You will have an answer within one month.
- Object to the use of your address or withdraw your choice at any time, with the same effect: it is deleted and no email is sent.
- If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies. If you switch between the dark and the light theme, that choice is kept in your own browser's storage and never leaves it.
About this note
